Without any problems at all, a refund was made for my deposit and in fact this was done whilst I was on the phone!! Brian and also Leon were great in advising me the various aspects of their manufacturing and helped me choose what was right for me. They were even going to deliver it the following week as we were going on holiday a few days after that. Great guys to deal with and I could recommend them without any hesitation.
